The Pension Funds Association of Jamaica was incorporated on October 12, 2004 as a non-profit organisation with the primary goal of advancing general public knowledge and understanding of matters affecting or relating to superannuation funds and retirement schemes and their relevant stakeholders. Our membership includes defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, providers of essential services to the pensions sector, including investment managers and administrators, pension plan sponsors as well as individuals with interest in the pensions industry. The PFAJ is governed by a Board of Directors which is responsible for the governance and strategic direction of the Association. Reporting to the board are the following subcommittees: Legislative, Membership and PEC.
