Customers can choose payment either at the time of each delivery, or by monthly billing if credit risks are minimal. At the end of each month customers with billing accounts will be sent a billing statement covering the period, itemizing service fees and the total charge for the service. Customers will have the option of directly charging their credit or debit cards, or paying cash directly to CAP's account.
